Welcome to our Mindful Meditation Classes, where we believe in the power of mindfulness to transform lives. Our classes are guided by a dedicated and compassionate instructor, a Black woman who brings a unique blend of scientific knowledge and psychological expertise to her teaching.

With an Associate's degree in Biotechnology and a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology, she combines her understanding of the human mind and body to create a holistic meditation experience. Additionally, her years of master's experience in Psychometrics ensures that our classes are not only soothing but also grounded in scientific principles.
